What is a Master without a slave? What is a slave without a Master? Independent. Incomplete.
It is my personal belief that the best D/s relationship is a mutual effort. Both sides invested in the dynamic. i liken it to Art. The Dominant is the artist, the submissive is the canvas, and together they strive to create something beautiful.
It takes two (or more) to create a condition of affectionate slavery. Those who wish to be served AND those who wish to serve - can provide an artistic pallet for each other's desires.
A good slave is devoted to its Master and a good Master cares for the slave. However their relationship is also transcendent: each one dedicated to what is best for both.
